Answer:

Yes, Gunther has indeed committed a crime.

Explanation:

In many countries, there are a number of different business laws according to which it is an offence to access data without permission. Even if the password is known, we cannot take data from a source and publish it anywhere without the permission of the higher authorities. In many countries, using such a data can be considered a serious crime. The result of such a crime can result in heavy penalties for the culprit.

In her presentation on improving employee morale, Jillian makes this statement: So far, you've heard only about the problems we
lakkis [162]

Answer:     Switching directions

Explanation:    Given that Jillian had a presentation before employees on employee morale, she used verbal signpost to orient listeners, i.e employees at one point of her presentation, to get them attention to what she thought was important and why she even gave a presentation. In doing so, she used a verbal signpost called switch directions because she started to move in the other direction from the question of a problem with morale, which is how to solve such a problem. So Jillian directed her listeners to what she considered the essence of the presentation. This signpost is used by the presenter because it is a medium managed by the presenter. So the audience doesn't read the newspaper so that listeners can turn the page they want, or go to the main menu to flip through options, the presenter does it for the audience by directing them to the point. Signpost as a directing audience has other forms besides switching direction depending on the needs and how to direct the listeners or what to point them to.

Migrants from Jacaltenango must leave behind their families and make a treacherous and often life-threatening journey north thro
Mkey [24]

Answer:

Explanation:

The main motivation for this is a better life for their families. Many of these individuals are running from a poverty that most people in the States can't properly imagine. In third-world countries, poverty is not, "not being able to afford new clothes or electronics" it's not being able to buy food to survive, or clothes at all. Most of these people are also running from some of the worst and most violent places on Earth, where gangs basically run complete cities and the murder rate is extremely high. Basically, for many of these families (which also have children) its either take the risk in hopes of a better and safer life for their families or live there whole lives (however short it may be) in poverty and fear.

Sindrei [870]
Yes, this is true!

Safe, clean water is an important asset that influences the quality of life of the people and this is something desirable. However, with time, the pipes get rusty and the quality goes down- this is why it's important to always try to renew the water services.

Community redevelopment programs will include the provision of clean water.
