Answer:

One paragraph sorry I don't know too much on it.

Explanation:

the structure of The Great Fire reinforce the central idea because the cause-and-effect structure illustrates the ways the firefighters tried to put out the blaze, and the impact of their actions. Most residents came out to watch the blaze because residents were used to fires and did not think that this one was different from any others. Several key mistakes contributed to the spread of the great fire and stopped it from being put out i.e. Schaffer's assistant refused to correct the signal.

Think about how Alec's monologue contributes to the meaning of the play. What details in this speech help you better understand
trapecia [35]

Hello. You did not inform the play to which this question refers, which makes it impossible to formulate an exact answer. However, I will try to help you in the best possible way.

A monologue is a character's speech. This speech the character makes alone because he is expressing his deepest feelings and thoughts. This promotes a broad understanding of the audience with the character's actions, because the character is showing the most intimate of his being. Usually these speeches are emotional and have a strong appeal to the feelings of the audience, the actor and the character.

Jonathan Swift most likely wrote "a Modest Proposal" to offend the public. True False.
mina [271]

'A Modest Proposal,' written by Jonathan Swift in 1729, begins by deploring the sad fate of the poverty-stricken Irish who have to spend all their time trying to feed their large families. As a solution to the poverty in which these families are forced to live, by virtue of having so many mouths to feed, Swift suggests that these poor Irish families should fatten up their children and sell them to the rich English land owners.

He argues that children could be sold into a meat market as early as the age of one, giving poor families some much needed income, while sparing them the expenses of raising so many children. With 100,000 Irish children out of the population being set aside for dinner, his solution, he reasons, will also help to resolve the issues of overpopulation and unemployment in Ireland, giving the Irish economy a much needed boost, while making it easier for England to deal with its unruly Irish subjects.

Swift then goes on to offer statistical support for his proposal and specific data about the number of children to be sold, their weight and price and the projected eating patterns of their consumers. He even suggests some recipes for preparing this delicious new meat, reasoning that, with innovative cooks generating ever more and delicious new dishes, it will expand and improve the culinary experience of the wealthy, resulting in a healthier and happier population as a whole.

'A Modest Proposal' ends with the argument that the practice of selling and eating children will have positive effects on Irish family morality: husbands will treat their wives with more respect, and parents will value their children in ways as yet unknown. His proposal, he argues, will, if implemented, do more to solve Ireland's complex social, political and economic problems than any other measure that has yet been proposed

Exercise 4 Write a sentence that conveys both the topic and the purpose listed below.
ludmilkaskok [199]

The sentence is,

Samuel is a Military officer , who seeks to inform a soldier of the next mission.

What is Military operation?

A military operation is a state's or a non-state actor's coordinated use of military force in response to an evolving circumstance. These steps are part of a military strategy to tip the scales in the state or actor's favor. Despite the violence of the opponent, military action entails declaring one's existence in a specific physical location and having the reverse effect on the enemy by utilizing violence to deny them any sense of presence.

Rather differently and more practically, military actions are defined as those that the nation-state (typically) needs for its defence and security, or for military offensives and interventions outside of its borders. There are three different kinds of military missions: observer missions, peacekeeping operations, and missions to enforce the peace.

The sentence is,

Samuel is a Military officer , who seeks to inform a soldier of the next mission.
