it says that using your eyes too much for video games or unnecessary things ain't like an exercise for the eyes. There's no benefit in playing video games but if you properly schedule it then it can somehow be like or can be similar to a treatment plan. It lastly states that we need to train our eyes and that the both have to work together. Hope it helped....
I would say Heaven is a place where I can live out my wildest dreams. It is a place where I can have as many dogs as I want with no worries about affording their care or having them get sick. It is a place where money does not matter whatsoever and everyone can live happily and peacefully.
