They aren't supposed to be microwaved because the Styrofoam releases chemical into the cup when microwaved. There are some brands of noodles that can be microwaved, usually the directions will tell you if the cup is microwave-safe or not.
my youngest brother is 7 months old but starting about a month ago we saw things like that .things they can show you are how diet affects your body along with exercise .when he ate foods that constipated he was really nonactive bur when given healthier foods he would crawl around the house chasing anything that moves . things they can teach us about exercise is how different types of movement affect different body parts when he started reaching for things he improved muscles in his fingers ,arms and back (dont believe me try it out ) .when he started to crawl at first it was flimsy and on his belly but after 2 months he can now crawl with accuracy and even lift himself to stand leaning against the sofas
