n town. DNA evidence is found on the crime scene. Kevin’s DNA matches the DNA recovered from the crime scene. According to DNA experts, the probability that a random persons DNA matches the crime scene DNA is 1 in 10,000. Before the DNA evidence, Kevin was no more likely to be the guilty person than any other person in town. What is the probability that Kevin is guilty after the DNA evidence appeared?

Answer:

The probability is 99.99%

Explanation:

Because the probability that the DNA of a random person matches the DNA of the crime scene is 1/10000, that is 0.01%, then the probability that Kevin is guilty after the test is 9999/10000, that is, 99.99%.

define amphibian ?

Amphibians are four-limbed, ectothermic animals that belong to the class Amphibia. The phylum Lissamphibia includes every extant amphibian. They live in a broad range of habitats, with the majority of species being found in freshwater aquatic, terrestrial, fossorial, or arboreal settings. Therefore, amphibians normally begin their lives as aquatic larvae, but certain species have evolved behavioural adaptations to get around this.

The young typically transition from a larval stage with gills to an adult form with lungs. Some tiny terrestrial salamanders and frogs rely solely on their skin for respiration, whereas amphibians use their skin as a supplementary respiratory surface. Although they resemble lizards on the surface, reptiles, like mammals and birds, are amniotes and do not need bodies of water to survive.

6) What process is shown in the diagram
marusya05 [52]
Answer: B

Why? It is not A or D for many reasons but cell differentiation is used for very specific functions as cell determination is used for different embryonic functions. Based on the diagram I seems to me that it is not very specific so that’s why I think it’s B
(If it’s not be then is 100% C but B makes more sense)

Hope this helps
