I believe the answer is : Regulation

Regulation is made by the government if it want to limit a certain activity made by the people. Even though regulation might give positive benefit for the environment or the consumers, If the regulation is seen from a business point of view, it would become a hindrance for the businesses and prevent it from obtaining maximum production.

What are the ramifications for an organization if it is not compliant with legal mandates?
astraxan [27]

Answer and explanation:

Several effects could result in not following legal mandates for an organization. Lawsuits, penalties and fines, a decrease in reputation, and loss of opportunities are the most immediate. However, even if those consequences are obvious, some companies surpass legal regulations to avoid expenses that could reduce their revenue.

Kent Manufacturing produces a product that sells for $50.00 and has variable costs of $24.00 per unit. Fixed costs are $260,000.
Verdich [7]

Answer:

d. 9,200 units.

Explanation:

The computation is shown below for break-even points in units:

= (Fixed expenses ) ÷ (Contribution margin per unit)

where,

Fixed costs = $260,000 + $11,400 = $271,400

Contribution margin per unit = Selling price per unit - variable cost per unit

= $50 - $20.5

= $29.5

Now put these values to the above formula

So, the units would equal to

= $271,400 ÷ $29.5

= 9,200 units
