Formula for probability
\frac{given \: number}{total \: number}  \times 100
Theorically probability will be equal for all cases, that means each case will have a 25% chance
Now we will find the probability experimentally
Given number = 28
Total number = 100
28/100 × 100 = 28%

Since Theorically it is 25 and experimentally it is 28, The experimental probability is 3 % higher
Therefore the answer is the first option (the one u marked randomly)
