7 hours and 30 minutes is 7.5 hours. Average speed can be found by taking distance and dividing it by time. 350 miles/7.5 hours=46.6666 miles per hour. Rounded to the nearest 10th that is 46.7 mi/hr

Diatance travelled by her= 350 miles
amount of time taken by her to travel 350 miles= 7 hrs 30 mins
                                                                      =450 mins
 average speed travelled by her to the nearest tenth of a mile per hour= 450*60/100
                                                                                                      =270/10
                                                                                                      =27
 therefore he travelled 27 miles to the nearest tenth of a mile per hour.
