Q9. Write an application to the Headmaster / Principal of your school for financial
BartSMP [9]

Answer:

REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

Good day sir, my name is Takeshi Kumamoto, a chemistry instructor in your school Great Heights Schools. As a great citadel of learning, Great Heights has always been a trailblazer, leading and others struggling to catch up. This has been made possible because of the provision of top class facilities in the school and equally qualified personnel with the school administration making sure we never lack whatever we need to move the school higher.

However, we have gotten to a point where I need your financial assistance in upgrading our chemistry laboratory with newer and better equipment so our students would remain competitive among their peers and learn more effectively.

There is need to replace the bunsen burners because the ones available are old and give inaccurate readings when we perform chemical experiments. There is also a need for new litmus paper, beakers, test tubes, crucibles, conical flasks, etc.

These equipments need to be replaced or new ones added to our chemical laboratory.

Many thanks as you review this application.

Speach writing on growing violence in children course and cure
Vanyuwa [196]

Answer:

For starts, one major cause is family violence this has such a negative impact on children sometimes they are the victims in their own homes. Not from physical hits and slaps but being able to see and hear violence. Many people often speak of this generation that has no respect. Well it was once said, home is where everything begins. Unfortunately, there are parents who have strayed away and lost the true beauty of raising their children. Instead, there is no reverence for children anymore. Video games and other technical gadgets have taken the place of that parent(s) per say. The things that they hear and see conducted by one parent or both such as arguments, fighting, and drug use, alcohol, and poverty in their eyes it is acceptable. Because they do not know the difference there is a growing lack to what parents allow their children to see and hear. Therefore this is what fosters a rising level of violence in a home.

There is a definite correlation between domestic violence and child abuse. Growing up in a violent home can set patterns for children … patterns that can cause them to commit violence and abuse, and continue the cycle of violence and abuse.

Children living in violent homes are often too frightened and embarrassed to speak out.

It’s an experience that a child will not forget. It’s an experience that can affect every aspect of a child’s life, growth and their development.

How did the author’s father feel when he read her story at the end of ""Only Daughter""?
e-lub [12.9K]

Answer:

The authors father felt pride in her work.

Explanation:

Sandra Cisneros was the author and her purpose was to describe her experience as an only daughter in a Mexican-American family and how it had impacted her life. Sandra Cisneros shares her experiences being alone all the time, trying to be noticed as "a writer, not just as a teacher", and always searching for her father's approval. This isolation enabled Cisneros to become a writer motivated by the desire to make her father proud.

So her father was very proud of her works after all that she struggled with.
