Assuming this is for psychology? The only personality traits from
The big 5 associated with depression that I could think of would be Neuroticism, someone with this trait is always worrying, constantly ruminating over things, and usually has anxiety , and is non agreeable and usually negative towards a lot. Let me know if you need more help.
