Answer: The workout habits I would want to change would be working out for long periods of time at a moderate pace. When it comes to working out, slow and steady does NOT win the race. Instead of working out for an hour at an easy-to-moderate intensity level, I would like to step it up a notch. Another habit I would like to change would be hydrating with sports drinks. Sports drinks may give me a boost, but are also full of sugar and calories. During any given daily workout, hydrating with water should do the trick just fine.

The HIV testing is free and anonymous where I live....I don't think it is in the USA, which leads to a social injustice.

I guess that's one part of the answer. HIV testing have to be free and anonymous and the people with AIDS should be helped financially.....
