A = (pi.r)r and C = (pi.r)2

Comparing the multipliers r and 2;

If
r is equal to 2, then values of area and circumference are equal.
r is greater than 2, then the value of area will be smaller than that of the circumference.
r is smaller than 2, then the value of area is smaller than that of the circumference.

Therefore, statements 1, 2, 3, and 5 (fifth statement is similar to statement 3) are true.

Be careful with your use between cubing and multiplying; Cubing is multiplying the number by itself multiple times, while multiplying is like repeated adding, yet much easier.
