It affects the digestive system as bile helps digest fat and fat soluble vitamins. The gallbladder only stores and concentrates this bile, the bile is released into the small intestine to break down the lipids.

 P.s to prevent most of these all you need to know is right and wrong and if you know these thing can have consequences  then don't do them also keep your legs closed , for one of them its important to work out every now and then

It strengthens your bones to be able to handle large amounts of pressure and weight on your body. I know this isn't related, but when a person breaks their ankle or something else they tend to heal quicker because they're athletes. So one way or another, increasing strength, helps to increase your capacity for exercising.
