That is why, in any given neighbourhood, there is a specific way which all the houses going to be found would be built and in most cases with little or no fence.</em>

For John's new neighbour to plan to build a new fence that will block all the sunlight shows that it would be a long fence and on the long run, he is not going to follow the laid down master plan for building in that Estate.

This singular act is enough ground for John to file a law suit against his neighbour inorder to restore sanity in the environment.
