As well as leading to health problems like cardiovascular disease, it can also cause weight gain and it can severally effect the hormone production. This includes the growth hormone and testosterone in men. When you don't get enough sleep ( like over a 7 day time span) it will cause serious ramifications on your vision. Scientist believe it's possible that given enough time, sleep deprivation can kill you. Your mood changes very quickly when you are overly tired and you can become very irresponsible

Not getting any sleep for 7 days can lead to more health problems. Some health problems could be heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and heart failure.

Hope this Helps!!

Give an example of how someone may be misjudged about their athletic ability due to diversity in sports (age, ethnicity, gender
Semmy [17]
If you're very young or very old you could be misjudged for not being as capable as somebody in their 20s for example. While this may often be true it is not always and isn't something we should strive towards.
If you're of a certain ethnicity; let's say you're a Kenyan and you're running a marathon, people could misjudge that you would run the marathon at a very good pace. This, again, is not the necessary case.
If you're female, it is often possible that you would be misjudged as not being strong enough compared to your male counterparts.
