PAYING OFF DEBTS is the right thing for Robert to suggest to his friend to do first. Debts has many disadvantages and has negative effects on one's finances. Unpaid debt is very dynamic and increase in amount all the time. Thus, efforts should always be made to clear off one's debts as soon as possible.
