Certain food items like rotten or aged foods or chocolates may trigger the migraine of an individual . This may dizziness and development of irritation . Most people confuse among migraine and tension headaches. Migraine includes pain due to sensitivity to light or sound . They are prone to vomiting and nausea. Treatment should be taken which includes pain relievers , physical exercise, stress management activities or some alternative therapies .
