The written rules and minimum standards determine our commanding ethics and behavior accordingly. Of course, there are those who will not follow the rules, but this is already turning into a violation of mandatory ethics and morality is questioned.

Lack of garbage collection is becoming a very serious problem in our community.  More and more garbage is starting to accumulate in our community as the garbage trucks have failed to pass by and collect these piles of debris.  If left uncollected, it will be a potential source of disease that would threaten the community. 

I propose we mobilize the community to take action and write the local government to do something about this predicament as well as meet with our elected officials to resolve this problem.

The purpose of the Proclamation of 1763 was to keep a good relationship between the British and the Native Americans. It also created a line along the frontier (edge of the white settlement). The  Proclamation of 1763 also said that the British wouldn't allow settlement west of the line, giving Native Americans protection.
