Why is population consider as multi-player dimensional education ​

Not really sure what this is due to me never hearing about it, but my best answer would be; People coming together as a community to leanr and help one another and have fun.

My apologies if I was incorrect. I've never heard of this but just in case nobody else answered, I wanted to make sure I could put my opinion on it to personally help you.
