In doing so, they must spend countless hours taking care of the tool that they use to make their way and fulfill their passion. In they end they unknowingly neglect to have healthy social lives believing that a healthy body is enough to ward off illnesses.

The traditional Navajo perspective suggests that health is about harmony and balance. It is impossible to have a completely healthy life if an individual does not pay attention to the social and family relationships that they are in. Each aspect that the individual's life is made of must be carefully balanced and kept in check, none more than the other.
