How does overtillage harm soil?
Brums [2.3K]
It is a true fact that over tillage harm the soil. Over tillage actually increases the intake water capacity of the soil. As the intake capacity of the soil increases, there is every chance that the soil will become compacted. This happens as the broken up elements of the soil start coming together and results in compaction.
