Explanation:

US Defense Department has a good reputation in the US nation. This actually revealed the self-adjustable mechanism in which Armed personnel is being exploited during the time of War. The situation is considered as a very  unusual issue. But in the emergency time, the morality of the Armed forces are being experimented with bad effects.

To protect them from such a danger zone, the types of people mentioned as three groups are educated and trained to gain their self-motivation as well as their self-dependent power during the critical period. Federal Government concentrates and adopts very sensitive based plans to counterpart the problems facing by the Armed employees.
