In the food industry, this is called 'temperature abuse'. It can lead to outgrowth of harmful bacteria, increase the rate at which food spoil and cause food quality issues.
I’m assuming that this activity is about the Super Nova?, I can’t say I can help with that but what would help is looking up diagrams about, such as other examples, to see what the names of each part of the cycle/chart is?

It's always important to know and be ready about possible storms to come, but I personally don't think u need to stress about learning everything. Just have supplies ready at all times, but that's just being prepared for any storm or natural disasters to come.
