The power is most visible during political protests.

Explanation:

The Luke's first dimension of power states that power has the capacity to stand in its decision or change the behavior of other person with the use of power.

In political protests, the focus remains on the decision for which the protest is made, generally against the government decisions. But the government mostly stands firm in its decision with the use of its power.

So here we know who is using the power and who is manipulating the power so in this power is a open face.

Steven Michael Lukes is a renowned British political sociologist famous for his three faces or dimensions of power, these are: the relation among people, decision-making behind closed doors or corridors of power and accepting decision with a deceptive face. According to him, power is most visible when different agenda clash together and conflict results.
