100 POINTS PLUS BRAINLIEST FOR CORRECT ANSWER! Sam wants to take his phone and his Nintendo Switch with him on his upcoming road

trip. His parents tell him they will be leaving in a half-hour and Sam realizes he forgot to charge both of the devices. He hurries to plug in each device to get as much battery life as possible before they leave. When he plugged in his phone it only had a 5% battery life and his Nintendo Switch had 20%. He periodically checked back to see the progress of each device and kept notes of their progress. Use the given information above and Sam’s notes below to find out how much battery life each device will have when it is time to leave. Also, if the device will not be fully charged how much extra time should Sam ask his parents to delay their departure time by?
Sam’s Notes: After 6 minutes his phone had 20% and after 9 minutes it had 27.5%. After 10 minutes his Nintendo Switch had 32% and after 15 minutes it had 38%.

Is 593 divide by 6 a little less than 10, a little more than 10, a little less than 100, or a little more than 100? Explain.
lesantik [10]
A little less than 100. 593 is 7 numbers away from 600, so if you divide 6 by 600 hundred the answer is 100. Since 593 is less than 600, the answer will be less than 100.

A. You would be able to prove it by SSS. One side is already said to be congruent and the other is shared by both.

In a survey in 2010, the population of two plant species were found to be growing exponentially. Their growth is given by these
Lunna [17]

If we want to find when the population of species A will be equal to the population of species B, we need to see when the two equations for the population of each species are equal, ie. equate them and solve for t. Thus:

2000e^(0.05t) = 5000e^(0.02t)

(2/5)e^(0.05t) = e^(0.02t) (Divide each side by 5000)

2/5 = e^(0.02t) / e^(0.05t) (Divide each side by e^(0.05t))

2/5 = e^(-0.03t) (use: e^a / e^b = e^(a - b))

ln(2/5) = -0.03t (use: if b = a^c, then loga(b) = c )

t = ln(2/5) / -0.03 (Divide each side by -0.03)

= 30.54 (to two decimal places)

Therefor, the population of species A will be equal to the population of species B after 30.54 years.

I wasn't entirely sure about the rounding requirements so I've left it rounded to two decimal places.
