the garden is circular--------------> r=5 ft
Area1=pi*r²=pi*5²=78.50 ft²

 path 2 feet by 2 feet square (good soil for the seeds)
Area2=2*2=4 ft²

the probability that a seed will land in the 2 feet by 2 feet square=Area2/Area1
P=4/78.5=0.051 (5.1%)

the answer is 0.051 (5.1%)
