8(0) + 3 = 3
8(1) + 3 = 11
8(2) + 3 = 19
8(3) + 3 = 27
8(4) + 3 = 35

c)  18 - 3n
18 - 3(0) = 18
18 - 3(1) = 15
18 - 3(2) = 12
18 - 3(3) = 9
