Answer: 4 gallons

Step-by-step explanation:

From the graph , it can be seen that

For 4 gallons of black paint , the number of gallons of white paint were mixed = 16 gallons.

Also 8 gallons of black paint , the number of gallons of white paint were mixed = 32 gallons.

Since the points are forming a line , that means the rate of change must be constant.

Therefore, the number of gallon of white paint mixed with 1 gallon of black paint :\dfrac{16}{4}=\dfrac{32}{8}=4\text{ gallons}

Hence, the number of gallons of white paint mixed with 1 gallon of black paint is 4 gallons.

Will mark Brainlest!!
Help Please!
(1). find the domain and range of the following

miss Akunina [59]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

You have the domain. It is given as -1≤x≤1

Now all you have to do is figure out the range which is the y value. At first glance I think it might be 3, but that does not look very logical. I'll post this much of it now and be back in under an hour with a more complete answer.

Of course! How silly of me. There is a minimum of y = 1 in the range which comes from x = 0

I've included a graph so you can see how this all works.

So the range = 1 ≤ y ≤ 3

Tami spins a spinner with 7 sections. The sections are numbered 1 through 7 and all sections are the same size
dexar [7]

Answer:

1 / 7

Step-by-step explanation:

Number of sections on spinner = 7

Section is numbered 1 to 7

Since the probability of landing on each section is the same:

Probability that spinner lands on 4 :

Probability, p = Required outcome / Total possible outcomes

Required outcome = landing on 4 = 1

Total possible outcomes = (1 to 7) = 7

P(landing on 4) = 1 /7
