Whenever you cut a sandwich in four parts, you make four small sandwiches out of each sandwich you're cutting.
So, if you have six sandwiches, and make four small sandwiches out of each of them, you'll end up with

The answer is 16/10 = 40/25
You divided 16 by 40 to see what you need to multiply 16 to get 40. When I did that I got 2.5. So I did that to the 10 and got 25 minutes. Hope this makes sense
Because we know that Alicia has 32 stickers and this is 4 "times" as many as Benita has we have to do the opposite of multiplication to find how many stickers Benita has, which is division. So we take 32/4=8, giving us how many stickers Benita has.
