An erotomanic delusion, or erotomania, is a belief that a person is in love with the individual against all odds and evidence. It's simmilar to a paranoid delusion, but in this type, the person affected believes that another individual is in love with him - her. Like in the example, the individual affected (Amelie) thinks that another person is in love with her (Zac Efron), against all odds: they haven't met.
