There are three types of muscles namely; (1) cardiac muscles, (2) smooth muscles, and (3) skeletal muscles. Sarcomeres are the functional contractile unit of both cardiac and skeletal muscles; both of which are striated muscles. Smooth muscles, on the other hand, have no sarcomeres instead the contractile structures (actin and myosin) are dispersed within the cell body.

denpristay [2]

Just like a compass, a modern day gps will say whether you're going north, east, south, or west, however they also tell your exact location and the location that you need to go too.

You cannot look in new stars, like the Sun, for this evidence, because they contain elements that were created in previous generations of stars.

What is a private nuisance?

A private nuisance is defined as anything or activity that significantly and unfairly interferes with another person's use or pleasure of his land.

A significant interference is one that would be insulting, inconvenient, or irritating to a normal, rational member of the community.

A "thick-skinned" plaintiff who is not offended, inconvenienced, or annoyed may still recover if the average reasonable person would be, however the amount of damages may be reduced.

Since the bright lights would be troublesome and unpleasant to a regular, reasonable member of the community so the man will prevail.

Thus, this can be the scenario for the given excerpt.
