That statement is false.

Every individuals have different needs and purposes in dong exercises. For example, if you are a rowing athletes, your exercise programs would be focused on strengthening your lower body. No matter how well you design this, rowing athlete's exercise program would not be efficient for marathon athlete.

That's false.

No matter how much a program is shaped, it cannot be tailored for every single individual. Everyone needs a program specifically molded to fit their needs based on their caloric intake, metabolic rate, and other factors unique to the individual.

Hope this helps!

tigry1 [53]

Dehydration is a condition that occurs when the body cannot cool itself.

Heat exhaustion is a life-threatening condition that includes symptoms, such as uncoordinated walking, headache, dizziness, vomiting, and elevated body temperature.

Hypothermia is a potentially life-threatening condition that results when the metabolic heat cannot compensate for the heat loss to the environment.

Frostbite occurs when the water within body tissues crystallizes, so the body tissues become damaged.

Heat cramp is a painful, brief muscle cramp that results from exercising in a hot environment.

Let me know if it's wrong, because then that means the first two answers must be switched.
