Article 10 of the Human Rights Act: Freedom of expression
Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.
This is an example of Union solidarity.
Explanation:
This is one of the examples of why having a worker's union for your profession is a good thing for ensuring your own rights as a working professional.
If there was no Union then the school could just have made the people work and they would have had had to work because they would not have any other choice.
This is not true when there are unions in place to keep a check.
The union here has put enough pressure to call an arbitrator.
Answer:Ethnocentrism
Explanation:Ethnocentrism defines how someone tends to believe that their culture , race and religion are all better when compared to those of others. Someone believes their ethnic group is more superior and other ethnic group are inferior. This thinking of being better than others is only based on considering one's own culture or heritage as better than the rest. This is what mostly lead to racism and prejudice.
It is in contrast with xenocentrism which is when someone thinks that other cultures are better than his own culture.
Ethnocentrism for example is when someone from a western culture or country critisize a dressing code worn by someone from an Estern culture or country because they may cover their hair and a person from the West may think this is too restraining and people shouldn't be put through that.
