try to stay away from toxic scents as gas, smoke, chemicals...etc

stay away from perfumes that contain : acetone, benzaldehyde, benzyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, camphor, ethanol, ethyl acetate, limonene, linalool and methylene chloride

smell coffee beans

smell essential oils : lavender, tea tree, eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary, clove (my favs)
