Answer: d. All of these

Writing conventions include spelling, punctuation, capitalization and grammar.  These are some of the most difficult elements to master when writing a text. However, they are also some of the most important. It is necessary to pay attention to these rules in order to make sure that an essay flows well, is understandable, and can be read by a wide audience.

Conventions in this sense are "all of these" things. In that they have become accepted in the literary and academic world. Of course this is not always the case with writing, however.

False. If the notes are not published as if in your own words it will not count as plagiarism.
If it feels right, you can always just put quotations around the research information.

wariber [46]

c. abab

The rhyme scheme is the pattern of rhyme in a poem. In order to determine the rhyme scheme, you really only need to pay attention to the last word of each line: bower, mingle, flower, dingle. The first line is labeled with the first letter of the alphabet (A). Any lines that rhyme with the first line also end in A. Since bower and flower rhyme, they are both labeled A. The next line that doesn't rhyme receives the next letter of the alphabet: B. Since bower and mingle do not rhyme, mingle is labeled B. Mingle does rhyme with dingle, so it also is labeled B. Therefore the rhyme scheme is

bower A

mingle B

flower A

dingle B
