I drew my own picture but my answer got deleted in the meantime because I used a figure from another website.

We have PC = PB + BC = 4 + 12 = 16

PA² = PB·PC = 4(16) = 64

PA = 8

Answer: 8

substituting values

          0.04= 1.96*  \sqrt{ \frac{0.48(1-  0.48 )}{n} }

         0.02041 = \sqrt{ \frac{0.48(52 )}{n} }

         0.02041 = \sqrt{ \frac{ 0.2496}{n} }

          0.02041^2  = \frac{ 0.2496}{n}

           0.0004166 = \frac{ 0.2496}{n}

=>       n  = 600
