Answer:

About 8-10 hours of sleep. You don't want to get to much sleep and you don't want to little of sleep. Both to much and to little will not let your brain function that well because it is not well rested in the proper amount you need

Answer: why? Here you go

(It’s just a very little bit of why)

Explanation:

To keep human life as we know it still going, to be able to (male) freeze sperm from it and donate it to a sperm bank to help women that either can’t have babies or don’t want to have sex to have them. (Female) to be able to freeze their eggs to plant into other women to have babies that can’t,(make and female) even to save it (their eggs and or sperm) for when they want to have babies in the future before they lose all the eggs and sperm.

That’s the best I can awnser for now but hopefully that helped!
