8-10 hours. It helps you take in information and remember things if your brain is well rested and you don't have to force yourself to wake up.

About 8-10 hours of sleep. You don't want to get to much sleep and you don't want to little of sleep. Both to much and to little will not let your brain function that well because it is not well rested in the proper amount you need
