The Human Resource manager sticks to C) A structured interview method of selection.

Explanation:

A structured interview means conducting the interview for the candidates in a standardized way. This kind of interview is conducted based on the specific needs of the job. The candidates are reviewed with the same set of questions and compared on the same scale.

The structured interviews are better to conduct as it focuses on talents. It helps in effective selection of talented candidates.

The major disadvantage of structured interview is it is not flexible, as the interview was conducted with the pre-decided questions.

what advantages do the french colonists looking for land in the Ohio river valley have over the British American colonists
Oliga [24]

Answer:

The French had made alliances with Native American groups in the Ohio River Valley.

Explanation:

The British colonists were entering into conflicts with Native American groups as they started to settle through the Appalachian mountains and more sparsely populated back-country. At the time there were no clear dividing lines separating New France from the British colonies in the east. There were always disagreements about who could claim what land in the regions around the Ohio Valley and near the Great Lakes where the French had many established trading posts. For example the French built a fort in what is today Pittsburgh and the British felt this territory belonged to them. This essentially started the French and Indian War when George Washington was sent to ask the French to surrender Fort Duquesne to the English.

Which of these is a similarity between the term of office for a U.S. Supreme Court Justice and a member of Congress?
Novay_Z [31]

The answer is A

A Justice serves for life after he is appointed, and a member of congress can serve for life too, as long as he is reelected time after time.

For example, Peter King is a member of congress from Long Island, New York. He has been serving in office since 1993 and could do so as long as he continues being reelected.
