Exercise is very vital to the body,it a form of physical activity.the sole aim of excercise is to maintain stamina, flexibility, keep fit and be overly healthy and well.

When we excercise, our heart rate increases and then it returns to the normal rate when with rest, when we take a break.there is reflection of vasoconstriction in the fingers as the blood is shunted to only the exercising muscles because it is noted that the pulse amplitude of the heart is always small after excercise and and increases slowly during recovery.

The amount of blood the heart pumps in a minute, that is the amount of blood ejected by the contraction of the left ventricle into systemic circulation increases when we are exercising and resistance to blood flow by skeletal muscles decreases.the blood vessels will try to adapt to the condition (exercise) inorder to control blood flow and as well meet energy demands.

When we finish exercising, our body temperature increases which will inturn cause increase in the pulse rate and the blood in our body makes way to our skin, hands and legs inorder to clear off the energy that was generated by the body(muscles) during exercise

What is gene?
The term "gene" has a variety of meanings in biology. The molecular gene is a segment of nucleotides in DNA that's also translated to produce a functional RNA, whereas the Mendelian gene is the fundamental unit of heredity. Protein-coding genes as well as noncoding genes are the two categories of molecular genes. DNA will be first copied into RNA during gene expression. The RNA may perform a specific function directly or may serve as an intermediate template for just a protein. The basis for the inheritance of phenotypical is the transfer of genes to an organism's progeny.

which of the following statements regarding enzymes is true? (3 points) enzymes increase the rate of a reaction by making the re
ziro4ka [17]

Which is true about enzymes is: enzymes increase the rate of reactions by lowering the activation energy barrier.

Enzymes are chemical compounds in the form of proteins that act as biocatalysts which function to speed up reactions.

Enzymes work specifically, that is, they can only work on certain substrates by adjusting the shape of the substrate. Enzymes sensor with molecules for substrates to produce compounds through organic chemical reactions that require energy. Some of the reactions assisted by enzymes such as the breaking of large molecules into small ones or the binding of molecules into new molecules. Enzymes can do that because of the influence of the activation energy that every chemical reaction has.

Activation energy is the energy required to break down the reactants. The role of enzymes is to lower the activation energy limit needed to start reactions.
