Answer:

The percentage change from July to November is 67.27 %

Step-by-step explanation:

Given as :

The number of tourists at the beach per weekend in the month of July = x_1 = 55,000

The number of tourists at the beach per weekend in the month of November = x_2 = 18,000

Let the percentage change from July to November = A %

Or,  % decrease change = \dfrac{\tetxtrm new value - \textrm old value}{\textrm old value} × 100

So , A % = \dfrac{\tetxtrm [tex]x_2   - \textrm  x_1 }{\textrm  x_1 }[/tex] × 100

or, A % = \frac{55000 - 18000}{55000} × 100

Or, A % = \frac{37000}{55000} × 100

Or, A  = 67.27 %

So percentage change between two months = 67.27 %

Hence The percentage change from July to November is 67.27 % Answer

On a coordinate plane, the location of 3 points are: (0, 6). (5. -4), and (-1-5). Where would the fourth point need to be locate
mario62 [17]

Given:

The three vertices of parallelogram are (0,6),(5,-4),(-1,-5).

To find:

The fourth vertex of the parallelogram.

Solution:

Consider the given vertices of parallelogram are A(0,6), B(5,-4), C(-1,-5).

Let the fourth vertex be D(a,b).

Midpoint formula:

Midpoint=\left(\dfrac{x_1+x_2}{2},\dfrac{y_1+y_2}{2}\right)

We know that the diagonal of parallelogram bisect each other. It means their midpoints are same.

Midpoint of AC = Midpoint of BD

\left(\dfrac{0+(-1)}{2},\dfrac{6+(-5)}{2}\right)=\left(\dfrac{5+a}{2},\dfrac{-4+b}{2}\right)

\left(\dfrac{-1}{2},\dfrac{1}{2}\right)=\left(\dfrac{5+a}{2},\dfrac{-4+b}{2}\right)

On comparing both sides, we get

\dfrac{5+a}{2}=-\dfrac{1}{2}

5+a=-1

a=-1-5

a=-6

And,

\dfrac{-4+b}{2}=\dfrac{1}{2}

-4+b=1

b=1+4

b=5

Therefore, the coordinates of fourth vertex are (-6,5).

The measures of the angles of △ABC are given by the expressions in the table.
Makovka662 [10]
The sum of angles in a triangle add up to 180°, therefore to find the value of x we proceed as follows;
sum of angles in ΔABC will be:
48+(6x-28)+2x=180
putting like terms together we get
48-28+6x+2x=180
20+8x=180
8x=180-20
8x=160
x=160/8
x=20°
hence:
∠B=(6x-28)=6×20-28=92°
∠C=2x=2×20=40°
