Answer:

tundra

Explanation:

The tundra is a biome in which there are no large trees, and the ones that are present are small as a typical grass. The majority of the plants are nonwoody ones. The climate is very cold throughout most of the year, so the animals that are able to make borrows are using them for the majority of the year, as it is much warmer below the ground than on the surface. If we take the way of lifestyle the prairie dog has and what it requires, then it will not be weird if an animal with very similar characteristics is found living in the tundra. The basic conditions seem to very similar, so an animal that is prairie dog-like, will only need slight adaptations in order to survive in that environment, mostly thicker fur, and ability to have a long hibernation.

Delvig [45]
Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) is an H1-antagonist, with unfortunate anti-cholinergic side effects: dry mouth (xerostomia), dry eyes (xerophthalmia), and also including urinary hesitancy and inability to void.
I would presume to think that the next best action would be to evaluate the bladder for bladder distension.
If overly distended, then a urinary (foley) catheterization may be warranted to void the patient. However, ordering a Foley first may be an unnecessary, uncomfortable, and likely painful procedure.
After examining the bladder externally (suprapubically), then fluids may be warranted.
