The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) may be forced to suspend or revoke the pilot certificate if there was an attitude burst from the pilot's end. The Federal Aviation Administration usually do use certificate action against individual pilots, and for companies they use civil penalties.

The Federal Aviation Administration may choose to sanction the pilot a remedial training after APPEAL and from the Investigations, the alleged violations was not too serious.

CONCLUSION: So,if I were to be a pilot

i might be able to qualify for remedial training instead of suspension or revocation of your pilot certificate after APPEAL.
