The person with disabilities are protected by the EEOC groups and they must not be discriminated against the law if they have all the qualifications

Explanation:

If a person is discriminated or if the person is not allowed to get a job based on the color caste creed and race then they can seek the help of the Equal Employment  Opportunity Commission.

They even provide the leadership to federal agencies and they can take care of the people and ensure them all the laws and this law is fairly represented.There are nine major groups and all groups are presented in the EEOC and they include all the workers and give them their due rights
