Answer:

There is one secret and there is also the development of fear that the shock which her brother will get might kill her. At the same time, she still have hope that she might get her brother back and believes that her brother is alive out. She further believes that her brother has not left her. She also makes preparations believing that her brother will come back for her. This is the reason why she includes the reasons of the Seminoles history and their situation today.

Answer:

The author includes information about the Seminoles history and their situation today because in that way, the reader feels sympathy for the Seminoles and is finally emotionally involved with the text.

Explanation:

The truth is a lot of people do not feel "connected" or close to Native Americans' history, and everything that have gone through. Having a newspaper article about one of these groups is not engaging, not at least without some element that creates that bonding. It is important to notice that the author is not telling their whole history, but the misery they have lived.

What is a preposition?

A preposition can be a word—usually a simple and frequent word that conveys direction like 'to' in "a letter to you," location like 'at' in "at the door," or time like 'by' in "by noon," and that introduces an accompanying object like 'of' in "a basket of apples." Prepositions are followed by an association object, which could be a noun (noon), a phrase (the door), or a closed-class word (you).

Some examples of prepositions

The most frequently used prepositions are at, by, for, from, in, of, on, to, and with. Concerning, above, across, after, against, along, among, around, because of, before, behind, below, beneath, beside, between, close to, down, during, except, inside, instead of, into, like, near, off are other common prepositions.
