Your teacher shouldve given you a table on how to change the x,y depending on degrees but I Doubt you go to school like we did in middle school.So what you need to do is figure out the degrees.It is 90 minutes every 15 minutes and you need to find 30 minutes which means its times 2 which gives you 180 degrees.When a coordinate rotates 180 degrees the rule is -x,-y so that will change your x and y giving you your answer.
