depending who u are to reem(parent,counselor etc.) remind reem of what he/or she is to you remind he/ or she that their important regardless of what others may say make them aware they arent alone show empathy tell them that you are your own person you cant clmparw yourself to others example: you cant compare a leaf to a flower they both have good qualitys but they arent the same and their both important so...yea hope that was helpful
