Sleeping can reduce stress.
I'd you are not tired, you will feel better and look better.
If you don't get enough sleep
You will do bad in school, and will not get a good grade.
If you don't get a good grade, you will be stressed.
Sleeping deprivation can cause studying and memorizing for a test
To be hard.
That cause stress too.

Sleeping can be replayed to stress because of you don't get enough sleep at night, you would be very tired the next day and that can definitely lead to stress if you don't get enough sleep. You should at least get 8 hours of sleep each night.
