Explanation:

Melatonin is a hormone the body produces that allows the body to go to sleep. It's basically what makes you sleepy and able to sleep. The body produces it normally towards the end of the day, and to help along the process, get orange glasses. Get those that are specialized in helping produce melatonin, and wear them two hours before bed to when you go to sleep. They filter out "blue light," or blue light waves, which stimulate the brain as if it's daylight out, and you get less sleepy. "Blue light" is found in all conventional lights, unless you get a specialized bulb.

Another thing is: less screen time. Electronics produce lots of "blue light," and this is NOT good near bedtime!

Eating stimulates the digestive system at night, which may keep you awake, as well.
