I believe the answer is List B because from what I know, mental illnesses or risks for mental illness are usually hereditary, and a traumatic incident such as a family member dying can definitely cause mental problems such as depression. Prolonged illness can lead to depression too because of the constant feeling of "not wanting to do anything" during the illness will definitely affect you mentally, causing you to feel that way all the time, even when you're not sick. Short term illnesses don't usually cause depression because of their briefness. This is all from prior knowledge, so I may be wrong on some areas of evidence. Either way, I hope this helps!
