Answer:

27th February is answer .

Step-by-step explanation:

Brain has math test  = after every six days

His Science test =  after every  four days

Next common multiplier will be chosen by   taking their Least common multiplier is

6  = 2x3

4 = 2x2

LCM = 2 x  2 x 3  = 12

After every 12 days Brain will have both test of Math and Science

If first test was on 15th Feb then next both test will be

     15th + 12th = 27th February

Next date for both test will be 27th February.

A common denominator of 6 and 4 is 12. That is the Least Common Denominator, the LCD. In 12 days it would be the 27th of February. There you go.

What is the measure of an angle if it is 70 less than three times its own complement?
anzhelika [568]
Let the angle be x.

Hence, its complement is 90 - x.

x = 3* (90 - x) - 70 = 270 - 3x - 70 = 200 - 3x

4x = 200

x = 50

Thus, the angle is 50°.

The perimeter of an isosceles triangle is 32 inches. If the base is longer than half of the two other equal sides by 2 inches, f
Leona [35]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let equal sides of an isosceles triangle = a inches

Base = \frac{1}{2}a+2 inches

Perimeter  = 32 inches

a + a + \frac{1}{2}a+2 = 32

2a + \frac{1}{2}a+2 = 32\\\\\frac{2a*2}{1*2}+\frac{1}{2}a+2=32\\\\\frac{4a}{2}+\frac{1}{2}a+2=32\\\\\frac{5}{2}a+2 = 32\\\\

Subtract 2 from both sides

\frac{5}{2}a=32-2\\\\\frac{5}{2}a=30\\\\a=30*\frac{2}{5}\\\\a=6*2

a = 12 inches

base = \frac{1}{2}*12+2

        = 6 + 2

Base = 8 inches
